Raw Hair Lace Frontals

Our Raw and Virgin hair extensions are premium products that deserve premium care. With the right routine, they’ll stay glossy, soft, and full of life for years. Always detangle gently, wash with sulfate-free products, and keep hair hydrated with lightweight serums or leave-ins. Dry thoroughly either air-dry on a stand or use a hood dryer if installed to prevent frizz or mildew.

When styling, use minimal heat, always apply heat protectant, and embrace the hair’s natural texture where possible. Store your extensions in a silk bag or clean, dry box to keep them fresh and tangle-free. Treat your extensions with the same care as your own hair, and they’ll reward you with lasting shine, longevity, and effortless beauty.

We ship orders through Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, and UPS. All UK orders require 1–2 business days for processing before dispatch. Once an order has been placed, it begins processing immediately and cannot be changed or modified. Delivery addresses can only be updated by cancelling and placing a new order.

Please note: we are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied on delivery. Customers are responsible for entering accurate personal and delivery details. We cannot make corrections once an order has been shipped, and any re-delivery or exchange charges will be the customer’s responsibility.

A shipping confirmation and tracking details will be emailed once your order has been processed and dispatched. To avoid unexpected delays, we recommend placing orders at least two weeks in advance.

Frontals

Frontals, span ear to ear and offer complete styling freedom. They're usually made in two sizes, 13x4 which stops to just behind the ear, whereas 13x6 stops at the crown of your head.  They allow for a flawless, natural hairline and allow you to sweep your hair back or switch partings. This versatility comes with a touch more maintenance, but the result is a look that feels truly limitless. In essence, a closure is ideal if you want minimal maintenance, while a frontal is perfect if you’re looking for maximum flexibility and a couture-like finish.

Closures

Closures, by contrast, offer a refined, natural finish with minimal effort. They’re smaller in size, running from 2x6 for a middle part with no real maintenance, or a 7x7 (mini-frontal) for full versitility without the commitment of a full frontal. These systems are designed to sit seamlessly at the crown, and are perfect if you prefer sleek middle or side partings without the extra upkeep.
