Store your extensions in a silk bag or clean, dry box to keep them fresh and tangle-free. We ship orders through Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, and UPS. All UK orders require 1–2 business days for processing before dispatch. Once an order has been placed, it begins processing immediately and cannot be changed or modified. Delivery addresses can only be updated by cancelling and placing a new order.
