Shipping Policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We ship orders through Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, and UPS. All UK orders require 1–2 business days for processing before dispatch. Once an order has been placed, it begins processing immediately and cannot be changed or modified. Delivery addresses can only be updated by cancelling and placing a new order.
We offer free sh​tipping for all domestic orders totalling to £400 or more, to receive this benefit please use the promotional code: HHC400.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For orders to Europe, please allow up to 1-2 weeks for delivery. For all other international destinations, delivery may take between 2–3 weeks, depending on your location and local customs.
Your order will be handled with care and shipped via one of the following couriers — Royal Mail, DPD, Parcelforce, or DHL. Once your package has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking number to follow its journey to you.

Please note: we are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied on delivery. Customers are responsible for entering accurate personal and delivery details. We cannot make corrections once an order has been shipped, and any re-delivery or exchange charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
A shipping confirmation and tracking details will be emailed once your order has been processed and dispatched. To avoid unexpected delays, we recommend placing orders at least two weeks in advance.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item is proven to be defective or damaged.
If you receive a faulty product, please email: sales@halohairltd.com with your full name and order number within 7 days of receiving your hair extensions to arrange an exchange or replacement subject to an internal inspection. The items must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for our team to complete a full inspection and confirm an alternative solution.
