These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services, and the purchase of products from Halo Hair Collective Ltd (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Orders & Contract Formation
2.1: All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
2.2: A contract is formed once you place an order and we send you an order confirmation email.
2.3: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorised resale.
3. Product Information
3.1: We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, slight variations may occur.
3.2: Due to the nature of our products, each bundle is cut from a single donor. Natural variations in colour, texture, and length may occur and are not considered defects.
3.3: All hair is sold in its natural state unless otherwise specified.
4. Pricing & Payment
4.1: All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
4.2: We accept payment through Stripe, Paypal, Google and Apple Pay. Klarna and buy later is not currently supported.
4.3: Full payment must be received before orders are dispatched.
4.4: All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers. If a chargeback or payment dispute is raised, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel any pending or future orders. In cases of confirmed fraudulent disputes, Halo Hair Collective Ltd reserves the right to permanently refuse service to that customer.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1: We ship using Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, and UPS.
5.2: UK orders require 1–2 business days of processing before dispatch.
5.3: Delivery times are estimates only; we are not responsible for delays outside our control.
5.4: Customers are responsible for entering correct delivery details. We are not liable for losses or additional costs arising from incorrect addresses.
5.5: Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees (for international orders) are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Returns & Exchanges
6.1: Due to the nature of our products and for reasons of health and hygiene, all sales are final once dispatched. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, colour preference, or other discretionary reasons.
6.2: We only accept returns in cases of defective or damaged items.
6.3: Customers must notify us via email at sales@halohairltd.com within 7 days of confirmation of delivery their order if a defect is present. Any contact after this time may not be considered.
6.4: Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and sent back for inspection before an exchange or replacement is issued.
6.5: We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
6.7: Customers are liable for the cost of shipping the item back to us for inspection. All returning items must be sent via tracked delivery.
6.8: Returns will not be accepted for products that have been worn, installed, dyed, chemically treated, heat-damaged, or otherwise altered. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read our Aftercare Guide and understand that proper care is essential to the longevity of your extensions. Halo Hair Collective Ltd cannot be held liable for issues arising from improper care, installation, or failure to follow instructions.
7. Cancellations
7.1: Orders cannot be changed or modified once placed due to health and hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
7.2: Delivery addresses cannot be amended after checkout; customers must put in a request to cancel via email and place a new order.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1: All content on this website, including text, graphics, images, logos, and branding, is the intellectual property of Halo Hair Collective Ltd.
8.2: You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
9.1: We collect and process personal information in line with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
9.2: Information provided is used solely to process and deliver your order.
9.3: We will never sell or share your personal details with third parties without your consent.

10. Liability
10.1: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Halo Hair Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.
10.2: Our total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the product.
10.3: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.
10.4: By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Aftercare Guide. Proper care and maintenance are essential to the longevity of hair extensions. Halo Hair Collective Ltd is not liable for damage, shedding, or tangling caused by improper handling, installation, chemical treatments, or failure to follow the recommended care instructions.
11. Governing Law
11.1: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
